EACH RECORD IN THE STATEWIDE FILE CONTAINS 41 FIELDS. A HEADER ROW IS INCLUDED IN THE FILE ON ROW #1.  

Note that the statewide file contains 41 fields. (Individual town files contain 45.) Certain fields in the statewide file have been consolidated to simplify and eliminate redundancy. Individual town files are in the exact format as received from towns.

The statewide grand list is a comma-delimited text file, and is intended for import into database software such as Microsoft Access.
