Meetings: 1st Thursday of each month at 6:00 pm, via Zoom and the WRC conference room.
Purpose: to address the broad objectives of energy planning and policy development in the region by: promoting local, regional and state energy policies that will support the long-term well-being of the region, its communities and citizens; working toward making energy issues central to the planning process; working toward the identification of sustainable and reliable sources of energy; and working toward identification of appropriate demand-side management policies on behalf of the Windham Regional Commission and its member towns.
